If you’ve lost a tooth, recover it and put it in a container of cold milk, then bring it to our office with you. Lost dental work can be placed in a small plastic baggie or container.
Next, you should take steps to treat pain and discomfort. You can take over-the-counter medication like ibuprofen to help with pain, and ice the affected area. If you’re bleeding, use clean gauze, cotton balls, or paper towels to absorb blood.
